The position, as an easy walk to Llangollen town centre, staff were very customer friendly and countryside views are lovely. Spa facilities were great.

The Glyn Valley Hotel is located in Glyn Ceiriog about 15 mins drive from Llangollen, it is in a very quiet spot without shops and bars nearby. Although it looks a bit tired from the outside the inside has been refurbished, We had room 6 which was actually better than the photos show on the website, it is spotless, large and airy with a high ceiling and a comfy bed. The bar has a good selection of beers and the evening meals are huge and reasonably priced although the choice is limited. Parking is very easy. We enjoyed feeding the local peacocks which came onto the roof under our window.
In Wrexham town centre, the Lemon Tree Hotel offers stylish rooms with character features. With free WiFi and free parking, there is also a restaurant.

Everything was amazing ! Nothing was too much trouble, James was excellent, as was Grace & all the other staff. Shout out to the cleaners too. Food was excellent. We were accommodated for a wonderful Sunday lunch at short notice. A shame it’s a 4 hour drive away, or we would be regular visitors.
