It is great self-catering property. VEry clean and neat. The showers were excellent. The good part was also that as it was annexed to the Hotel, we could rest knowing there was assistance at hand, if needed.
The property is walking distance from pubs, supermarkets - Tesco and Lidl
Would definetly recommend for families and long stays. Surely a Home away from home!!

Hotel is a few miles from Padiham and is set in great North Lancashire countryside. However Padiham is another Typical NE Lancashire town with good chip shop and one of best football training facilities in the England.
