Lovley setting, lots of local walks (bring wellys or hiking boots though!) , nice hosts, good breakfast, comfy bed, nice hot shower. Set on a working farm (but that doesnt disrupt) . Lovley area (but you do need a car, preferably a 4x4!!)
Can recommend both the local pubs in Horsted Keys too..

This lovely, enchanting cottage gives you the feeling of stepping into the 2006 film "The Holiday". It is quaint, very cosy and makes you feel right at home! The welcoming and hospitable owners complement the charm that this cottage radiates from every corner. Interesting place, not a hotel as such- the accommodation is more of a side-line to the owners' other businesses. (The set-up is a shop, art gallery, café, music and wedding venue.)
Warmly welcomed, the courtyard room was spacious and comfortable. And quiet.
Good location on the A22, easy to find. We were visiting family so ate out both nights. Didn't visit Nutley but did visit nearby towns plus Eastbourne and Newhaven. Nutley looked clean and there were a few nice shops plus a pub which had many people sitting outside. Will likely stop there on our next visit.

Really beautiful place with a lovely garden and great location and views. Very private and lots of space for a large group. Bedrooms were comfortable and living areas/kitchen well equipped. Would highly recommend.
