Very friendly welcome, clean room. Well laid out, comfortable bed. Good location. Many additions in the room, coffee machine, toiletries and straighteners a bonus. Lovely walled garden. Will come back and recommend. Did not eat here but food looks amazing. Great location for Chapeldown winery and offer a taxi service.

We had to book last minute without any expectations, but absolutely loved our stay. The room was great with everything you need, the vibe is very relaxed and authentic, and staff was extremely friendly and helpful (including the waiters). Food was sublime! Our little doggy loved it as well.

Room had everything that you would expect and a bit of a view. Bathroom had a opening window. Breakfast was good with decent cooked and continental choices. Friendly staff.
Hotel quite convenient for Rye town - just a 5 minute walk over the river bridge. Availability of parking was a big plus. Not sure where you could park if staying in the centre of Rye as it is a very old town with narrow streets.
