We were catered for really well, everybody there was very helpful and the room was fine. Breakfast was great so we can honestly say we had good value for money.
Stayed one night to break a long journey. Comfortable rooms and beds, free parking and wifi. Noisy "family orientated" public spaces - Alton Towers is nearby. Bar is expensive and restaurant isn't a restaurant - think pub grub - and is also over priced. Usual crowd smoking at the main foyer entrance. Breakfast is £20 pp and pretty good.
Pity really as a lot of money has gone into the interior design and decor and the estate is lovely and has some nature walks - not that anyone uses them.
