Location near the seafront and just to the west of the town were excellent.
Hotel was clean, easy to find and plenty of car parking.
Quality of food for breakfast was good.
Plenty of hot water for shower.

The location is great a few minutes to the leas cliff hall and near to the beach and town.
The room is very comfortable and so clean.

Great location on the harbour front, with short walk to the cultural quarter, beach in both directions and food stalls on the pier. Cheap and cheerful, clean room and comfortable bed and lovely staff. Entertainment in the evening and a pool table. Perfect for a little get away.
