Efficient, polite, and friendly staff. Everywhere is very clean and beautifully presented. Fantastic breakfast, the best ever in a B&B. I really liked the motion activated bathroom ‘night light’ great for if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I felt instantly relaxed and we had a wonderful few days, we will definitely return. The hosts were really helpful and accommodating.

The location is lovely. Some helpfulness from a member of staff in finding us another room when ours was not ready by 3:10.- we needed to shower and go out by 4:30pm
Hotel is right on the motorway, OYO The Gissons Hotel offers free Wi-Fi in public areas, free parking. Exeter Airport is a short drive away.

Very warm and cosy, and very clean. The bed was huge and comfortable and the toilet and shower were exceptionally clean and new looking. The Italian chap who greeted us was very nice and very professional. First rate.

Luton is a small village with an excellent pub-The Elizabethan- that provides food of a very high quality. You need a car and the surrounding roads are narrow but the main resorts are only a few miles away. Very picturesque and peaceful Highly recommended .

We really enjoyed our stay at Scrumpy Barn in Hayes Farm Mews in Luton, Devon. Everything is finished to a very high standard inside the cottage and it was beautifully clean. The owners are very welcoming.
