I was able to park my car on the property which is free, it can be tight but at least you have the possibility, never felt my car was exposed to potential theft.

Haven't recieved my refund yet. I understand they are going through a difficult time but I wasn't aware of this at the time and they shouldn't have accepted bookings if there facilties were closed (the reason why I booked in the first place) please can I received the refund they said they would give.
