Very friendly staff, great welcome. Food and menu choice all excellent. Position near Conwy was perfect for our itinerary. Facilities all new, opened 1st May. Don't be put off by the access (a lodge and caravan park), it does not detract in any way from the hotel which is set apart. Lovely views too.

Bit quirky but very enjoyable. Gastro-pub with two rooms and an apartment. Very close to Bodnant National Trust Gardens which was our reason for the trip. Gardens and accommodation exceeded expectationsions.
The contemporary Quay Hotel and Spa is located on the breathtaking Deganwy Marina, with views over the Conwy Estuary.

Room spacious, well-designed and equipped, comfortable. Comfortable bed. Bath and shower excellent. Plenty of room for spongebag contents to be spread out (how often is that not possible in hotels!!!). Excellent breakfast. Great spa facility.
Best of all, staff in all areas were extremely helpful and friendly.
