The hotel was newly decorated and everything was in good condition and felt fresh and clean. The staff were friendly and efficient and overall we had a lovely stay. The location is excellent and despite the tight entrance to the car parking there were enough spaces for everyone.

This was perfect for us. We had a beautiful family room with en-suite and the owner went above and beyond to give us a warm personal welcome and accommodate everything we needed (including an early breakfast and gluten-free options for both our meal and in-room snacks). Every room was clean and comfortable; our family room had everything we needed and the temperature was just right, meaning we all had a great night's sleep despite the storm outside! It was a lovely countryside location and just a short drive back to town. We would definitely return if we stay in Carmarthen again.
