General ambience of the hotel and immediate location. Food was excellent. Restaurant staff were particularly good in all respects without being intrusive. Lounge area was very comfortable and we were not pressed to order anything there.

Location is within a working vineyard in a pretty bit of English countryside. Rooms are immaculate but the format is quite similar to a motel, with a strangely incoherent design philosophy - a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Food is pretty good. There's nothing to do unless you want to do the wine tasting at further expense.

Very clean room which is decorated to a high standard. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. Food was swiftly served, very warm and tasty. I highly recommend this establishment.
