We didn't get to stay in the facilities as they are impossible to find. The booking .com postcode takes you to a massive complex of sports halls with no one around to help you, no clear sign for the accommodation. Called the reception who gave us a postcode that took us to a random village, not the entrance to the hotel, was totally unhelpful!!

I liked how comfy the bed was. Slept very well. I enjoyed the continental breakfast. The staff member was very friendly and welcoming. I liked its proximity to the Wrekin.

The hospitality at The Swan is second to non, friendly, helpful staff, Rich and Alex went out of their way to make us feel at home and the breakfast was our of this world.
