I liked the swimming pool facilities the jucazzi and the sauna, I liked the restaurant/bar at the hotel. I liked the large shower in the room, I liked that the room had a sea view and that the reception staff were polite and welcoming. I liked that the broadband speed is fast, in the communal area next to the Derwent hotel main reception inside, Ping Speed 55ms Download Speed 326.64Mbps Upload Speed 93.35Mbps It deals with multi usage well, when not on Level 3, it deals with bandwidth well.

I liked that it had a pool but was too cold to stay in it needed to be heated also no lift so being disabled it was awkward for me
