The breakfast was excellent and the service. The rooms were very clean and I liked that you had Netflix and prime. That made the price worth it.
Situated close to Bronte country and the Yorkshire Dales, The King’s Head Hotel offers cosy accommodation close to central Keighley.

Off road parking right by the front door was very handy, nice big airy lounge, good kitchen with all usual facilities and a lovely view over the valley to the rear. Very quiet.

Keighley is a good central place if you want to be within 45-50 minutes of both the Dales and Leeds, which is what we were after. The actual town has a lovely park (Cliffe Museum Park) and plenty of supermarkets. The station offers convenient links to Skipton and Leeds.

Keighley worked for us as we could easily drive to Haworth ( 12min) and the steam train station (6min from our cottage but not a nice walk as a really steep, busy road). The town did not look very appealing but had all amenities and a selection of restaurants/takeaways. We preferred to drive into the countryside

We were there to visit the steam railway, and the countryside there is beautiful. Keighley has some fabulous buildings, and we would love to visit again to explore more.
The steam railway is highly recommended. It is a beautiful railway with lots of interesting locomotives and rolling stock, and there are great collection in the museums at Oxenhope and Ingrow West. Fabulous!

Howarth is just a real delight.
Howarth is just a real delight. The town has a great spirit and enough to do on the high street (pubs, shops, cafes, galleries, pottery painting, restaurants), in and around the Brontë parsonage (which I highly recommend), and out in the surrounding countryside. I wish more towns were as friendly and took Halloween as seriously! I’d like to come again next year with more time to burn.
I highly recommend for considerate, clean, friendly travellers who will enjoy and respect the place.

This property was nearer to Skipton than Keighley and walkable along the canal. This is a lovely area for walking but in poor weather there are interesting places to visit in the vicinity such as Saltaire, Bradford or Leeds. The Bronte parsonage is an excellent museum and a walk on the moors exhilarating. Malham Cove is also a wonderful place for a hike.
I travelled to Keighley for work and stayed at the Busfeild Arms for two nights. Staff were friendly & helpful throughout my stay. Room was a nice size, clean, nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. I had evening meals in the bar/restaurant on both nights of my stay - good selection on the menu and food was very nice. Breakfast was booked the night before and served in the breakfast room - good selection for breakfast. Highly recommended and I would definitely book again if I'm ever in the area.
Quiet village location between Keighley & Bingley, excellent for visiting East Riddleston National Trust property & walking along the canal to see the impressive five lock Bingley Rise. Very friendly staff & choice of food downstairs in the pub. Impressive bedroom! Plenty of on-site car-parking. Possible to have an early start if needed as breakfast is available self-service style from the guest kitchen/dining room by the bedroom or from 8am onwards if a cooked breakfast is preferred.
Perfect location for our visit to the Keighley & Worth Valley Steam Railway. The parking outside was fine for our visit. Access was easy, and the apartment very clean and smart. It's a lovely apartment, and fully equipped. The bathroom is great with a lovely shower, and the bedroom is spacious. The kitchen has everything you would need. The heating worked well, making it very cosy on a snowy weekend.
The house is lovely. Really well furnished and lots of attention to detail with some quirky finishes. The pool table hidden in the dining table was great and all the rooms were comfortable with ensuite facilities. The location was ideal - just a short walk from Haworth and the new cafe next door served fantastic food. All in all a perfect place for 3 couples to get away for a break
Loved the apartment as it was close to my family's house. Also close to the Keighley town centre few mins walk. Less than 10mins walk from the station too.
Host was very attentive when contacted a few times too.
Bedroom very spacious and comfy
Sliding 4 door wardrobe with mirrors i love!
Place was really clean
Easy access to property
Clean and spacious, plus all the amenities needed in a self catering accommodation
Bedrooms were lovely and big, the beds were very comfy.
Jo was an excellent host and gave a lovely warm welcome
It's close to Haworth where there was plenty of shops and a few restaurants and cafés, also not far from Skipton and Keighley too.
Reasonably quiet area of Keighley but a long walk from the main town centre although a bus does pass.
Well kept condition with comfy beds and a great shower.
Views from the rear is a field and a valley.
Wifi worked well and apart from a teapot all the things you needed were supplied.
A comfortable cottage in a convenient location, close to local bus routes. We enjoyed time spent sitting in the garden and conservatory. A short walk from the heritage steam railway (Keighley & Worth Valley Railway) which we thought was well worth a visit.
The Kings Head Hotel is above a pub. She is a Victorian lady who’s seen better days. While a bit worn and bedraggled, we were very comfortable. Everything was clean with a nice breakfast room. Staff were friendly and helpful—a great value for the price.
The caretaker was attentive and empathic, even for a very late arrival. This apartment was cosy, a pleasure to stay in, and amazed by the great price when booking.
I would book this again instead of staying in a nearby mainstream hotel.
The host was very accommodating and there was everything we needed there. Location was good, 10 minute down hill walk to Morrisons supermarket and about 15 minutes to Keighley town itself.
