Location near the seafront and just to the west of the town were excellent.
Hotel was clean, easy to find and plenty of car parking.

The location is great a few minutes to the leas cliff hall and near to the beach and town.

Basic hotel, but perfectly adequate and convenient for one night before catching an early ferry to France the next morning. The Bella Italia restaurant on site was rather nicer than expected.
