The room we were first given was noisy at certain times because it was directly over the kitchen. We were moved to a different room for the second night which was at front of the hotel and much better.

Overall very good. Only negative is the sauna, steam room and changing rooms look in need of an upgrade.
Will also be better with a restaurant open aswell as the garden cafe.
