Castle Hotel Haverfordwest, hotel in Haverfordwest

Set in Haverfordwest, within 17 km of Oakwood Theme Park and 24 km of Folly Farm, Castle Hotel Haverfordwest offers accommodation with a restaurant and a bar, and free WiFi throughout the property.

The room was alot bigger than expected, the view was lovely, and even though there was a live band on downstairs, in the room I couldn't hear them, the band was good, the bar was lively and full but not so overcrowded that it was uncomfortable to be in, (I'm a social introvert) people dancing, no dramas and generally just a happy atmosphere all round! Would definitely recommend!

Beaufighter, hotel in Haverfordwest

Offering a garden and garden view, Beaufighter is situated in Haverfordwest, 30 km from Oakwood Theme Park and 28 km from St David's Cathedral.

It is hard to find the room as the door is behind the main garage doors. Once you enter the courtyard, there are two garages, house door is behind these garages. So, if you reach there late, and nobody is there to help you check in, it could be difficult to find the entrance to the property.

The Windsor is nothing like the photos.

The Windsor is nothing like the photos. In all the hanging baskets are weeds. The room was very basic. No mirror or picture's on walls. Very hot. no fan. The owners are lovely people. I would not go back. You need a car to go out and eat.

The Paddock is in Bethlehem, a small village a few miles to the northeast of Haverfordwest. The nearest pub is a couple of miles away at Spittal. The food at the pub is very good for both quality and service but only provides food Tuesday to Saturday. Scolton Manor is within walking distance and is well worth a visit. We didn't particularly like Haverfordwest but The Paddock is an ideal location for touring Pembrokeshire which has so many beautiful places and coastline to visit. We shall definitely be returning.

The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is British country side in perfection. Coastal trails, stunning coves, sandy beaches, and little Inns. Roads can be a little narrow but those I encountered were very friendly, and we'd take turns reversing or pulling over to let the other cars through. I loved Wooltack Bay and Deer Park; saw seals, puffins and lots of birds. The Sunshine Italian Restaurant in Broad Haven offers a garden terrace to enjoy fantastic views of the ocean. Definitely recommend exploring the Pembrokeshire area.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage, my only complaint is that when booking there was no mention of an extra charge of £25 per week to bring a dog which we had to pay on arrival. The website page need updating to include this.

Boulston Manor is an amazing place. Nestled in a quiet country setting, it's full of character and history. The Hosts were amazing and really made me feel at home. The log burner in the bedroom was such a bonus and prepared for me prior to my arrival. The spacious bedroom was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The role top Bath and double shower were a luxury. My visit was rounded off with an outstanding generous cooked to order breakfast. This is somewhere for a romantic weekend away or somewhere to relax and recharge your batteries.

This is a lovely little cottage within easy distance of so many beaches and attractions. The house is clean and exceptionally well equipped with everything that you need. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a clearly marked parking space right by the front door. Good internet access and Alexa is on hand to play your favourite music! Happy to recommend this very comfortable little house to anyone wanting a short or longer stay in Haverfordwest. The hot tub was a real bonus; it was spotlessly clean and well maintained.

This is a true jewel of lodgings. The property is a superbly renovated Victor's home with period pieces and the nicest accommodations of any 5 star hotel for a fraction of the cost. The proprietors are the most generous and kind people and can provide a full history of the property and area. Breakfast was incredible. Parking was very ample. Its peaceful and quiet. Just look for the "purple" light at the stoop as your need to take a right at the church which is still in operation.

The house is absolutely stunning! Exceptional finishing with great facilities and perfectly located for pembrokeshire! The house has everything you need and more... including some friendly visitors (one of which is a stunning peacock)... The perfect facilities only a short drive away. If your looking for a break from the city this is the perfect spot! And to top it off... the hosts are really friendly and helpful!

Great to have a bar downstairs. We had a family room and were very pleasantly surprised to see that we had two separate rooms with 2 showers and a nice seating area. With two small children it was lovely to have so much space. The staff were so welcoming. When we came back to the car park with both children asleep we saw that the car park was full. The bar man moved his car without hesitation so we could park.

The location was fantastic and easy to find, not far from Haverfordwest where we performed that night. The house itself was beautifully maintained and the hot tub was a nice touch. It was such a shame that we didn't have time to use it. I also loved the amount of recycling bins there were in the kitchen as many private lets or even hotels don't have this option. Eco-friendly hosts are always top of my list!

Best place to stay, with view of sunset right in the room. The host and staff were very hospitable. In fact, the host was at the dining area to greet us daily and could remember the names of guests. Breakfast was excellent and the hot breakfast is made to order, with customisation if required. Room was spacious and clean, and with nice views of the sea. Ample free parking.

pleasant staff and a very nice bar with good food options and the receptionist was very happy to address our concerns but based on our experience and that of others and locals...very disappointing. Not clean enough and easy to see why the owners are trying to sell the hotel. The county hotel is apparently much nicer. Whilst the mariners continues to to downhill.

First time visiting Pembrokeshire. Location was great for us to explore. We found the accommodation was exactly as described and was perfect for us. Karen is the best host and provided us a hearty breakfast each morning, along with so much useful knowledge and advice. We were made to feel very welcome, and highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here.

Charming accomodation in perfect location with an extremely friendly and zealous host. The beds are particularly comfortable and the breakfast is definitely too good to be included in the price. Yes, it's old fashioned, but in a lovely way and don't forget it's a four star GUEST HOUSE, not a hotel. All in all great value for money.

Having stayed in the County Hotel on several occasions previously, we were looking forward to staying again. Having driven the car non-stop for nearly 300 miles... it has been a welcome rest the evening before sailing from Fishguard the next morning. Food was always good too...

Location, convenient for Haverfordwest, Lost Coins is always good value and we had a friend who lives in a nearby street. Place was warm and there was enough space for us and a dedicated parking space. Internet was good and there's an Amazon Echo unit for entertainment.
