Location was perfect for us as we had been at a wedding nearby.
Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very polite and helpful.
The staff had left a thank you card and chocolate bars in our room which was a lovely touch and the drink token was very welcome.

The room is quite spacious, the shower is very comfortable. The bed is in good size too.
The spa pool is smallish good looking with nice shower/changing room. It also has different time slot for kids and adults.

Good simple quality food, cooked well. Descend breakfast . The pastries particular favourite.Good pastry chef . Professional staff all round, makes a huge difference . Perfect location on the Pantiles, stylishly furnished, very comfortable bed, helpful staff and good value. When it turned out I was struggling with stairs to the 5th floor due to an injury, the staff not only helped with my luggage, but found me a very splendid room on a lower floor for the second night, and honoured the original price.

Perfect location! Surrounded by woods and walking tracks - squirrels and deer made appearances! Friendly, helpful staff! Quaint old building beautiful decorated. Meals downstairs in the pub/restaurant were delicious!
Location is very nice and picturesque. I thought the food in the pub was quite pricey for what it was. Nice room overlooking the grounds but noisy at night but that's the guests not the accommodation!

A lovely village, surrounded by great country walks, fabulous scenery. There is a beautifully kept station with steam trains, Groombridge Place is great for kids and Tunbridge Wells is close, with a great variety of restaurants.
