Nothing. Restaurant looked nice but despite our booking for the night they refused to serve even a snack (after a journey of several hours). We arrived at 8.25pm and were told the kitchen would close at 8.30pm. They were visibly irritated when I asked if they could see if a cold snack could be provided. In the event that was refused as well. Nothing was available nearby and the only option was another drive to a Wendy’s.

The Kingstown Hotel by Good Night Inns is situated on the outskirts of historical Hedon, just 10 minutes east of Hull. There is free parking, a traditional restaurant and a children’s soft play area.

Absolute disgrace - peeling wall paper in the hallways broken glass on fire exit, painted areas in the hallways different colour to the original paint. Extractor fan in the bathroom full of mould. Absolutely dreadful hotel would not recommend and would not stay again
