Lovely studio in a convenient location. We chose it as a stopover while travelling from North to south wales. It has the basic facilities like microwave, toaster, fridge and some dinnerware. The bathroom was big and clean. Had private parking space. We had comfortable stay.

The breakfast was fantastic. The room where we ate was beautiful with lovely views and very nicely decorated. The food was DELICIOUS (thank you both!). I had a full English and every element was beautifully prepared. The mushrooms were particularly good - something I think is often disappointing when I have them out. Matthew had cooked them so well. There were also a variety of cereals and yoghurts, aswell as fresh fruit and nuts. Such a great spread, and something that I'm sure would have taken them a while to prepare. Both Helen and Matthew were attentive and happy to help with everything througout our stay. Such lovely people. They even showed us the other rooms just before we left. There was a little jar of snack bars in our room, which was a particularly nice surprise - chocolate bars as well as biscuits. We met the Alpacas who were great and we did a really lovely circular walk around the river. Most of the bathroom toiletries we didn't use, but it was well-supplied and we felt very well cared for :)
The cottage was lovely and very clean. The hosts could not have been nicer on the Sunday when we were flooded in due the river bursting its banks. They made sure we were OK and managed to get us to our car and drive away safely 7 hours later than expected. We went to Camarthen for a meal on Friday, not too far away. Saturday we didn't go out because of the terrible weather conditions.
