I stayed here once before, a few year ago, so for the most part I knew what to expect.
The rooms are self contained stable rooms located at the back of the main building away from the pub.
The Bell does not offer breakfast (except by special arrangement when booking) however, they do a decent evening menu in the bar. The staff were all very friendly including the bar manager (who also checked me in upon arrival) and the waitress.
The food is good quality and the venue seems to attract local residents from the village as well.

The breakfast is the only part that disappointed us. We were under the impression we would get a cooked breakfast - as per the reviews on a cooked breakfast. There was boxes of cereal, bread and buns that we could help ourselfs too.
Otherwise everything was very clean comfy and stylish

I loved the location of the hotel I stayed at and there was plenty of shops etc around me to visit if needed. The area was really cosy and not crowded. The people are so friendly around, always saying good morning etc. Food places were amazing and easily located for deliveries also.
