The Farmers Arms Inns, hotel in East Cowton

Situated in Catterick Bridge and with Lightwater Valley Theme Park reachable within 30 km, The Farmers Arms Inns features a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar.

The area was busier than I expected, so that was my fault. I thought the place was a country inn but it is in an industrial part of a populous area. Locals seem to love the pub though!

Liked the fact we could park in front of property off the road. Liked the local walks we did in the evening, cottage was well equipped and had local pub where you could get take away. Or sit in beer garden for a drink. Very friendly village. Ideal for dales or moors, table and chairs outside property to sit in the evening, owners friendly and welcoming
