The location was good. Beautiful looking building from the outside.Breakfast was excellent value providing a full Scottish.

Our host is very attentive and keen to make everything for us to feel good, the place is very well maintained and clean. The breakfast is excellent, with a vast choice of food. It is a good initiative to ask us the day before what we want to have from the menu. Within a short walking distance from both the railway station and the city of Dunkeld, it is ideally located for train travellers like us.
