Such a beautiful setting. Immaculately clean. Massive attention to detail. I cant rate it highly enough. Breakfast was the best we have had in the UK. Everything was perfect including the host. Loved the complimentary homemade sloe gin.

Amazingly beautiful and quiet location, lovely garden and house. Beautiful views accross the countryside.
Friendliness ad helpful staff was fantastic.
Some rooms definitely need new pillows and some of the netting is ripped and needs replacing too.
If 2 single beds are pushed together they need to be a the same height and maybe a memory fam topper so you can't feel the middle of the bed.
It would have been nice to have a small fridge freezer people who bring alternative milks them.
The breakfast buffet could have been a lot better. It was cold, greasy and parts were dried out.

Small market town with good range of facilities.
Small market town with good range of facilities. There is a wide range of pubs and restaurants and a great cinema. Good range of shops. Sheaf Street has many lovely artisan shops which add to the experience.

Cig burn in net curtain, which looked very dirty, didn’t fit...
Cig burn in net curtain, which looked very dirty, didn’t fit properly either, normal curtain had curtain ring off, we put it back on, lots of dirty marks in different places, stains on the two chairs in room, tea stain on sideboard from previous guest, so hadn’t been cleaned properly as well as tea stain on outside of our cup, bathroom floor hadn’t been mopped, marks on shower screen, and mirror, not good enough for the high price tag we paid, tired looking surfaces too, varnish off in lots of places, have photos too, also had hair in bath

Weedon is a very strange place.
Weedon is a very strange place. The overnight stay at The Heart of England (a Marston Pub) was due to us visiting Bketchley Park for the day, then heading up to County Durham. So the 1 night stay was a stopgap near to the M1.
We had dinner at TheCross roads a Chefn Brewer pub. Excellent food n service.
Oh strange cos there are several huge antique shopsn a bridal gown shop in the middle of nowhere. The host of our pub said there are several wedding venues surrounding the area...so that explains the bridal shop. But why so many antiques???

A dirty and noisy hotel. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful.
A dirty and noisy hotel. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Appalling breakfast and not suitable for vegans. Carpets stained throughout the hotel. Not worth the money! Manager not helpful at all. Not interested in fulfilling his promise of a change of room because mine was filthy! Dreadful trip and I would not recommend to anyone!

Food OK
Room was atrocious. Tiny, dirty, laundry not clean.
Food OK
Room was atrocious. Tiny, dirty, laundry not clean. No heating, telephone not working, no Spa facilities, no robes, no seating area in room, no fridge, no safe. We supposedly had a 'double upgrade', I would hate to see what 'standard' was like. PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL.
The hotel had to cancel our stay due to a leaking tank on Boxing Day. However, the staff went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure we weren’t put out. Staff were all attentive and so helpful incl Stuart, Penny, Billy, Ollie & the lovely lady who served us our yummy breakfast.
The hotel is a lovely set up with a beautiful garden, a big dining area, games room and en-suite rooms with very comfy beds, ideal for functions and weddings.
Highly recommended!
This flat on Kingsley Avenue was a perfect location for the Daventry town centre and grocery shopping. we also walked Borough Hill and Daventry Country Park from the front door, quite a walk but doable. The flat itself was very comfy and clean and we were surprised to receive daily service. It has a pleasant outside sitting area with no one overlooking due to a very high hedge. Check in was easy and nice to be greeted by a friendly and helpful owner..
We were attending a wedding locally so location played a part in our choice.. it was lovely and warm in the accommodation, the bed was comfy and the tea and coffee facilities included a couple of freshly baked custard tarts. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order. Nothing was too much trouble for our hostess Victoria including a lift to said venue. We had a lovely two night stay and would consider staying again if we came to the area again
Best thing about our stay was definitely the staff! They were really helpful and sympathetic. We were treated really really well - above average. It made us feel really welcomed. The room was fantastic- very clean and spacious. The Cedar restaurant is amazing! The food and the service exceeded our expectations. The spa area is perfect - really clean, modern and spacious.
We recently enjoyed a stay at the Mercure Hotel in Daventry. The hotel was a large establishment yet retained a boutique experience for guests. The reception staff were most welcoming and helpful which we appreciated. Our room was very comfortable and looked out on to a very pleasant expanse of grassed areas. Overall a relaxed and happy experience. Thankyou.
The hotel has plenty of parking and indoor heated pool and we enjoyed using the pool and sauna. The staff was helpful when we asked questons. We were charged for the parking as we forgot giving our car plate number with the reception but when we informed the hotel, the charge was dropped. Highly appreciated their quick response on this matter.
The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly, the room was also tidy and clean and very well kept, with a nice bathroom and plenty of storage. All communal areas were well set out and spacious and clean with beautiful views. All food was lovely!
Was delayed in my travel arrangements and did not arrive until 11.45. . I phoned hotel and was told it closed at 11 o’clock. Stuart the manager phoned me back when he came on duty and kept the place open unti I arrived
We had dinner in the hotel as we arrived late. It was a set menu, but there were lots of choices, the food was great and there was plent of it. We only managed 2 courses out of 3 as we were so full. Very nice indeed
Excellent breakfast, although coffee not great. Nice room but coffee in little coffee machine undrinkable. May want to rethink the cheap pods. Minor detail though.
Fantastic location.
Very comfortable, clean, well appointed apartment in good location not far from town centre .
Bit tricky to find first time around but after that, no problems.
As I was driving, the location is very convenient and quiet residential area too. Everything was spotless, exceptional shower has to be the surprise for me.
Lovely, comfortable room in a small, peaceful village. The food in the pub was very good although not cheap. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
