Everything was great. The staff is very friendly, always helpful and always has a smile on their faces. The location on the lake is indescribably beautiful. The lake view rooms are unique. Dogs are welcome in this hotel. There are guidelines, but these are not a problem for dog owners. We would like to say thank you to the entire team for this relaxing stay. We would love to come back. Room 33 was a pleasant room with an en suite bathroom that overlooked the High Street and gave us a lovely view of the Rochester Sweeps Festival - we could watch some of the Morriss dancing from the room but the music wasn't intrusive enough to disturb our siesta.
