Loved the area the sugar boat is, the staff were all helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was a lovely size and decorated really well, had everything we needed including like cakes as a welcome gift, super tasty. Will definitely stay here again if we're back up that way. Very friendly staff. an error had occurred somewhere between booking.com and the Hotel such that they had allocated a double room when a twin had been reserved. Staff member Danny re arranged their reservations to provide a family room at no extra charge. Restaurant staff were very good.
