We arrived just after 9 and the door is normally locked at this time but staff were accomidating and let us in. Early breakfast at 7.45 so never made use of the facilities. For an ecconomy room it was impressive in terms of space and was warm and cosy - just what we needed after ridding in the rain for a few hours.

The location was ideal for us being central to our holiday plan. We enjoyed breakfast & dinner at the hotel throughout our 4 night stay. Breakfast was good as were dinners. Bar menu was more varied in the bar than the dining restaurant but it was possible to select from both menus. Overall quality was good. We were made to feel welcome by all the staff.
