Chetnole is a very typical small Dorset village.

Chetnole is a very typical small Dorset village. It appears to be very sleepy but when you chat to people, it's amazing what is organised and going on both in the village hall and in the pub with lots of activities and events. We watched the school buses leaving both mornings and it is obvious that this is a thriving village for all ages. It also has the added advantage of its own railway station.
