Decor plain but clean
Breakfast. Was over Cooked. No orange juice. Apple only which was not nice.

Callander is fantastic, we love it so much we keep going back. Very friendly people, wonderful location, great eating at the pubs and restaurants, and you have local shops to purchase what you need. My only thing is be mindeful of where your staying as if you need peace and quiet ask what time the music finishes....just saying. My favourite is the all year round Christmas shop....you've got to go it's amazing!!!!

Callander is lovely. Great shops for gifts & clothing. Puddingstone cafe food was great & reasonably priced. Nice restaurants to choose to eat in. Overall a very friendly place & relaxing to explore. Bracklinn falls is a must to see.

Callander is a lovely little town with plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, take-aways and walks. The fisheries are beautiful, plenty of benches to sit at and walks around it. I had a fish supper from the Frying Dutchman which was superb, and the second night ate at The Riverside Inn which was equally as delicious. All very good prices. The room was very clean and cozy and mine had a huge window that opened onto trees, which was both pleasant and great for privacy. Breakfast was plentiful and good. I liked the location off the main road but still very walkable to everything. I found parking in the driveway to be easy and convenient. Callander is a small town but has plenty of eating options and is close to lots of great attractions.

A 20 min walk into Callander and some wonderful scenery a very short drive away. Very easy to get to and plenty of parking. Kate made sure we checked in with no issues and offered help with anything we needed including information about the local area. Very special bit of the world and a perfect base to explore it from. Would love to return again.
