The Grandiose of the building and its surroundings, the price for the area accommodation is priced very high, and the hotel is well above average, i stay 5* in manchester with executive rooms for £100 a night using Groupon. Or just find offers online. if this hotel didn't exist the prices would be cheaper, in Scarborough, its capacity is so big it swallows the trade and the rooms are just ok. There is around 6 massive rolls of carpet in the lobby so they are slowly going around like clockwork orange but there was probably only enough carpet to fill the lobby, considering how much this hotel turns over in money im suprised they dont do more and make this place extra special again. I will definately be back i hope i see some changes.

Had a nice breakfast only thing I did not think the location was not actually in scarborough was difficult to get bus to scarborough in the afternoon / evening so did not go

It's a pretty little inn, unfortunately we had no chance to enjoy anything there. Only thing i can appreciate is that the young lady (staff) offered me to make phonecalls to find an alternative stay (on a Bank Holiday late afternoon) as we've been declined due to lack of vacant rooms

Great little place in a fantastic location.
Came with a group of friends, and the apartment was bang on.
Two did cancel at the last minute, but they were good enough to let us cancel the room without changing us....
