Breakfast was good, not exceptional. We were offered tea when we arrived, lovely touch. We very much enjoyed wandering around the beautiful grounds & the wonderful view of the gardens from our window.

The room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Alison even bought us fresh milk instead of the usual sachets of milk. Plenty of choice for breakfast from continental to the good Devon fry up. The local pub had plenty of choice for an evening meal and we could have walked to it had it not been raining. We are used to driving through country lanes in Cornwall so we weren’t bothered by the narrow lane to get to the cottage. Alison sent us very good instructions for getting to the property.

Weir Mill Farm is set in a village of Willand, 3 miles from Cullompton as well as from M5 J27 and J 28. Free private parking is available on site. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV.
