We arrived earlier than the agreed check in time, however our room was already available and we were allowed early access which really helped as we were travelling to Wembley & would not be back until later in the evening.

The staff were polite and helpful and the location is good if you're travelling to London from the north. The transport links into the centre of London are reasonable, although not all that close and roughly a 10-minute walk away if you want to get the Thameslink.

Can't understand some of the negative reviews about cleanliness, I had no such problems. Great room for the price, paid £58 for 1 night. Basic and not luxurious but all you need for a short stay. Quirky place, used to be a music recording studio and is soundproofed so the owner informed me. He called to the owner and he also confirmed that this property is not listed in booking.com. not sure what is the verification process booking.com did and how thyr allow these kind of scams into their site.
