I loved staying in such a historical place and sadly I was not able to explore the grounds that much as it was raining a bit. The room service was amazing and the breakfast options are superb. I was also struggling to book some taxis for some events I would have and I asked the staff before my check in and in less than 1 hour I received the confirmation of the rides and they were super on time.

Nice and welcoming staff. The place is clean. It is easy to find and accessible by regular buses. I also found that the location is great to start walks and hiking. Pubs and restaurants nearby. The bed was comfy and I enjoyed the brightness of the room thanks to large windows.

Nothing. The room was dirty, sheets were stained, the window wouldn't close and the toilet was leaking on to the bathroom floor. Definitely wouldn't advise for anyone with asthma, the bathroom ceiling was absolutely covered in mould.
