Corridors smelt of toilets, beds in the twin rooms were like sleeping on a metal sheet. Very hard and uncomfortable. Rooms were cold, no central heating only storage heaters. which make noises all night and wake u up. Shower was the best thing about the room. Rest of the bathroom like a public toilet.

This is a beautiful, quirky, friendly hotel. It is very relaxed and spacious throughout, and the best part of it is its staff. They genuinely welcome you, from reception to the bar and lounge. It is also a good place to work, with lots of common areas overlooking the Thames. It is just a short walk away from the Excel, and from some of the highlights of the Docklands. Just a stroll to Royal Victoria DLR and Custom House Elizabeth Line. Room is nice and has character, and the bathroom is also great. Strong WiFi signal throughout. I had a very good sleep. Also, it is a socially responsible business. I loved the Guatemalan pillow dolls.
This hotel has 24-hour reception, free WiFi and snacks. It is 10 minutes’ drive from the O2, ExCeL Exhibition Centre and West Ham football stadium, and 20 minutes from Tower Bridge and central London....

I enjoyed the view from the room. I also was amazed at the size of the bed, it was huge and comfortable. The tv was also great. I was able to visit Lakeside 10 minutes away after checking out.

It’s in zone 5 so to reach it from London using the transport system, you need a £80 pass for one week.
The area in the city where I stayed looked unkempt and with a lot of buildings that looked like squat buildings.
