It's a great location, staff are friendly and I had a good night sleep (thanks to the free earplugs provided), but this is needed due to the rumble of the trains outside the window!

We felt safe at the hotel. I know that sounds a bit dramatic- but we're from a very rural area on the Welsh boarder and London is a different world for us! (I travelled with 2 daughters!) (My parents also booked a room for them too) we visited for a family event elsewhere! We felt comfortable and safe!
Rooms were spacious and perfect for the 3 of us.
Bathrooms tidy and clean.
Parking was good right outside hotel. Payment was £10 and very simple to do via a QR code.
Breakfast was good and plentiful.
I'd more than happily revisit for a stay.

every thing was perfect, but the coffee table needs to be replaced as one of the wheels are missing and a spare bathroom mat for someone staying more than 1 night as it does not dry up, lovely stay other than that.
