Absolutely loved the facilities. The hot tub was great and the time slots for individual use of the pool. It was so quiet and peaceful there, you could really relax. The bed was very comfortable and a lovely bath.

The place was abandoned after 3pm. Coffee was weak and cold. Lack of staff. They try to look ok, but they do things on the cheap. Also I wrote on the booking form that we had a cat and also made 2 telephones calls mentioning the cat and we were only told when they rang me on the last day that I had to pay £16 a night for the cat. In that call a man threatened us with a very menacing voice, that he would charge us another £100 if someone smoked in the range of the hotel. My partner smoked, but about 1/4 of a mile away on the main road. Altogether not most favourite experience.
