Just what I expected. Being resident in Scotland and travelled widely here, Scotland is a lot more expensive than parts of England for comparable or better accomomdation i.e. Yorkshire.

Close to a small fishing harbour, The Old Inn has free parking and free Wi-Fi, near the Flowerdale Valley. The Old Inn is situated about 1.5 hours' drive from Inverness.

The hotel was right on the Loch with lovely views out from our rooms. It is a very pretty, walkable town. The hotel was comfortable and clean and breakfast was great. Good car parking.
