Breakfast was great. The room comfy and cosy. The place has “olde worlde” charm and feel to it, and we liked it, a lot. The bar is a small maze of nooks and crannies and that makes it fun.

Beautiful building and decor, the room was lovely with a jacuzzi bath. Lovely bar area again, beautifully decorated. The perfect breakfast with a personal touch was amazing. A lovely warm welcome when we arrived and advice given on places to eat ect in town. Private, free parking so close to the centre of town is a huge bonus. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Last minute change due to no room at usual place. Usual places mistake as this is a hidden gem.

Breakfast was great
A beautiful picturesque place. Beautiful countryside and near to Carterton which has a fabulous local pub called The Beehive, where we had some food which was lovely. Also had cocktails in the local bar called Grapes and Tomatoes. Outstanding service, drinks and fabulous night out!
We loved our stay at The Vines, the breakfast was second to none! By far the best breakfast I've ever had at a B&B. Fabulous friendly, welcoming staff and a lovely place to stay. I would definitely, without hesitation return when visiting the area again.

A lovely country retreat with peace and quiet yet handy for lots of surrounding attractions. Made to feel very welcome and treated like a guest in a family home. I would go there again if the chance comes up.
Plenty of car parking round the back.
Free hotel Wifi that worked OK.
Quiet rural location.
Room mostly to hotel standards on a par with Premier Inns (but see below).
Staff thoroughly pleasant.
Hotel building: fine.
Staff: friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Room: fine, well eqipped.
Cleanliness: fine.
Location: good:near the famed Cotswold villages.
Breakfast: well cooked.
The room was clean but very basic. It was spacious. The bathroom was wet floor. The hotel/inn is located outside a very small town. So the location is very quiet.
