The hosts left Prosecco in the fridge and eggs, croissants and jams, we wanted for nothing. Location was tremendous, with only a short walk to the Allanton Inn, a superb pub that we went to twice. Easy on-site parking.

The staff friendly and efficient. The breakfast was varied and appeared to meet everyone's need. The fresh fruit was excellent. The meals were very good and a varied choice too. The room was lovely, absolutely immaculate and everything was provided including good quality products in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional. The food was well prepared and cooked using mainly local ingredients.
