Property and room were very clean and neat. Jerome, who welcomed us was outstanding and funny!! Great customer service, remembered my name every time and ensured we were comfortable. Breakfast the next day at 5 Euros is great. Nice hot water and comfortable bed. Good value for money. For all the other comments about it being a small room I think is unfair as you see the room size when booking it. The town of St Flour is just so pretty and quaint. Hotel just out of town but next to a good Carrfour and McDonalds across the road. Excellent place to stay in for a few nights.

Everything was excellent but there was no bedside table
I had a huge balcony overlooking the river valley. Who could ask for anything more?

It is walking distance to anything, and next to the best shops and restaurants. While the room shows its age, it is clean and comfortable and the staff is very nice.
