The hotel is located in the heart of the town, close to tourist attractions and shops. Housed in a beautiful, monumental old palace, the hotel offers a unique and charming atmosphere. Despite its central location, it is quiet inside. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the breakfast is good and staff is very friendly. The hotel also has a beautiful indoor swimming pool.

A little gem in the centre of the city. It was a perfect little piece of France. Very arty and quirky decor, a beautiful peaceful little courtyard where you could get tea and a very nice Continental breakfast with proper local produce- not a plastic pot of jam or pre wrapped butter pat in sight!
Rouen itself is delightful. You can spend hours just wandering round the medieval streets and delighting in the different coloured buildings.
The signage to find the hotel is poor: the signage to find...
The signage to find the hotel is poor: the signage to find Montigny is poor. The hotel has no lift, but the overworked staff are very willing and helpful. It was great to have a terrace leading directly onto the garden: we could eat comfortably, and when the dog needed a break, I could take her beyond view, so the customers didn't see her, and yet it was easy to return and continue eating. The meal was of a high standard, and the room was also easy to use with a dog.

The hotel was really easy to find after a long days travelling. Montigny was quiet and attractive. Didn’t stay long enough to explore the surroundings, but there seem to be walks and cycle paths available in the nearby woods.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful.
The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. Dinner was of a high standard especially on a Sunday evening. Rafa was made welcome and had free run of the garden .In the dinning room he was happy to sleep beside our table. Will return.
Excellently located in a nice village en-route near a beatiful forest, where you can walk in the shade as far as you please and rarely meet others. The hotel had a very nice garden with plenty of sun, plenty of shade and nice seatings. Good food in the restaurant; the only one in town, so comfortabel to eat in-house. Very good breakfast. They have rooms with a balcony/first floor private terrace, which looked nice. Comfortabel shower, private parking, all very nice.
After the traffic chaos in Rouen it was delightful to arrive in the quiet suburb of Montigny with easy parking. The hotel has a pleasant restaurant which was busy for a Friday night in November, given that we were the only residents! The hotel also has a lovely bar and lounge and served great beer. And the breakfast was excellent.
Quiet country location close to Rouen. Dinner was good. Owners were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was comfortable with a good sized shower. The hotel had a very charming garden. The hotel was close to a forest with trails which allowed for a pleasant walk with my dog. Hotel allows pets for 10 euros per day.
We liked the friendly reception and the lovely staff. The room was light and clean with doors onto a balcony, which overlooks pretty gardens. The beds were comfortable.
The meal in the restaurant was good.
It's a short walk to the Forest of Montigny and excellent for walking the dog.
This was a return visit to this excellent Hotel, perfect for an overnight stop. We had a much better room than last time, very spacious and comfortable. Dinner was excellent, the breakfast also. the owners are the perfect hosts.
Great hotel, in a small town a couple of hours from Calais. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It has a lovely garden/terrace and restaurant. We enjoyed our meal.
The staff was lovely and there is a nice trail that runs right in front of the property. We prefer hotels like this that have a more "familiale" feeling over large chains.
