Excellent hotel in very good location within about a 15 minute easy walk to town centre were there are bars and restaurants. Only a few minutes walk from the river. No hotel car park but there was on street parking directly outside the hotel or parking opposite in a public car park free of charge and there were security cameras on lampost.
Staff were excellent and very friendly.
Breakfast was excellent with cereals, croisiants. cold meats and cheeses, etc. ground coffee and a range of different teas.
Tea and coffee making facilities in room.... I just needed to ask for milk and extra tea bags and sugar which was no problem... bottled water in room also and could ask for more if needed. Nothing was too much trouble.
There for 2 night stay and room cleaned on day 2 which was great... very clean and tidy. Lift to all floors.
Would definitely stay there again.
Pontivy is a lovely town to visit and an ideal base for exploring the area.

Family run hotel in the historic centre of Pontivy in a beautiful 19th century building with many authentic features. Superb attention to detail from friendly owners. Private parking is available at the rear of the hotel in the garden. Good breakfast. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Larry and Rosanna, the owners were great. Enjoyed Larry's small bar, he was so helpful and speaks great English. Lovely rooms, beds and upstairs views. Restaurant just opposite.

We were on a short trip so we ate at the Gite, there is hob & oven and plenty of pots & pans. Kergrist is a small village with a local shop. It is an ideal base for walking or cycling, not suitable for a lively night life.
