Very nice building and outside areas. Quite area even though close to the centre of town. Safe parking for bikes. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and very nice bar area.

Location excellent. Lovely to walk the ramparts with our dog. Breakfast in the room was very good. Dinner was excellent as was the sommelier. She recommended a very nice bottle of wine.

The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained and the courtyard is lovely - we didn't get much of a chance but it would be nice to sit outside in the sun with a drink.
The chap on the front desk was charming and very helpful, as was the night Porter.
We enjoyed the sauna in the room, but note it does take a good hour to heat up properly! And needed to be switched on by the manager when we arrived, so do ask.
