Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with everything you could possibly need available, including slippers and a sewing kit! The breakfast was good & it was also nice to be able to have a complimentary tea/coffee in the bar as well as your room. The hotel was also convenient for the train station in addition to being only a short walk from the old town.
