Room was very clean ,compact but enough for a 1 night stay. The restaurant was closed although it was a Saturday night,they recommended a few local restaurants. Unfortunately we choose K2 and it was not a good choice as it turned out. Dreadful meal!

Very conveniently located for us since we had a 2 day drive with our dog and it was right off the highway for the next morning.
Very dog friendly! Ours was allowed everywhere.
They very generously allocated us rooms with connecting doors without asking!

The entire Bordeaux agglomaration has an excellent public transport network, making Gradignan a comfortable and quiet starting point for visiting the city. Not only the centre is worth seeing, but so is Gradignan itself and Talence.

It is a studio style student hall of residence with students still in residence and empty rooms rented out as hotel. Parking is on site and secure. Receptionists pleasant and helpful. Room reasonable size, clean and comfortable. Good bathroom. Reasonably good value for France which is becoming quite expensive. VERY convenient to the Rocade (Bordeaux outer ring road). It was also a short cab ride from the airport and Vieux Bordeaux was easily accessible by walking/tram. The 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (separate toilette), kitchen and living/dining space was big enough for two couples. Short walk to an Intermarche with everything you need.
