Extremely pleased to have found this accommodation. Fantastic location, value for money, clean, comfortable bed, great bathroom facilities and lovely friendly owner Isabella. Also nicely warmed as it was winter we visited. Highly recommend. Merci beaucoup.

We absolutely loved staying here. And frankly, if we had known how good a location this was, how comfortable the accommodation was and how helpful and friendly the hosts were we would have based our whole exploration of the Cathar Castles here. Wonderful.
Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Les Toiles du Figuier is a recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Espéraza, 30 km from Peak of Bugarach.
At the heart of Cathar country, in the foothills of the Pyrenees, Hotel La Chaumière is situated in a charming little town, Quillan.

The hotel is situated perfectly in the Quillan, we had a family member in a wheel chair, suitable parking at the back with lift access and wide passages. The rooms were very good, large and plenty of room with the wheel chair. The Restaurant had great food, something different on the menu available each of the 3 nights.
Hotel Restaurant Rose des Pyrénées is located in Belvaines-et-Cavirac, in the Aude Valley between Toulouse and Perpignan. It offers spacious accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool.

Everything was perfect. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming highly recommended hotel to stay. The food was delicious and tapas excellent. Well done to all the staff.
Only 1 km from central Quillan, La Pierre Lys is set in a garden and features a restaurant and a furnished terrace. The medieval village of Rennes-le-Château is a 20-minute drive away.

Interesting, picturesque village - easy to navigate on foot. Great night market/concert and village markets. We would recommend having a car to visit the surrounding area. A reasonable number of restaurants and cafes.

I like the hotel a lot.
I like the hotel a lot. The owner is very friendly and the dinner is so extravagant and home made. It is not meant to be a Michelin half star etc but it is home cooking and fresh. I had squid filing with Arroz which is a local dish. Next day a mixed stew dish with vegetables and some meat cooked very well. Some people who want warmer place in winter may be disturbed as rooms are a bit colder. I love it as I like fresh and a bit cold.
