Well equipped, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The private garden and outdoor seating, lovely sitting outside, enjoying a glass or two! Tastefully furnished, many finishing touches. Lovely hosts. Great breakfast. Overall, great value for money, our second stay and would always stay here, if passing through again on our way to Spain. A lovely, very clean and very comfortable space. It is on the ground floor so ideal for ageing people like ourselves as there are no steps.

We had a home cooked dinner on the first night of our stay and it was really delicious with very generous portions. Breakfast was delivered in a basket and was also excellent.

A quaint and quiet small town in Poitou Charente. Friendly people, and just the right number of shops to get everything you need, without the feel of a large town or city. Fantastic restaurant in town, and a couple of smaller cafes, pharmacy, epicerie and boulangerie, with lots of supermarkets and shops in Savigne just 3 kms away. Great base for exploring SW France.
