This hotel is located in a "commercial park", ie. lots of car companies and commercial premises, a Carrefour supermarket nearby,, so actually very quiet at night. Perfect for a stop over as near motorways, and obviously popular with work people.

Beaurains is usefully close to Arras and the péage, It is a commercial area, typical of those where Ace Hotels are usually located. The area generally is quite rural, so our room view included green space as well as numerous car showrooms.
An easy place for overnight stays such as ours - no more than 90 mins from Calais ferry or the Tunnel.
A budget hotel a bus ride from Arras. Google maps suggested there was no public transport from it into Arras but there was a bus stop with a frequent service adjacent to the hotel.
They do not have a conventional restaurant but they do provide traditional French meals in Kilner type jars which are microwaved. These are inexpensive and tasty.
The young lady on reception was very helpful.
The person who checked us is was so friendly, even one of the children said how nice she was! Parking was excellent and the security gate closed not long after we arrived so we felt our car was very secure. Very quiet room. Bathroom was great. We hadn’t expected much and actually this hotel beat all of the pricier ones I’d stayed in over the previous month around Europe, it was spot on!
Room decently large with very good bed (not the pillows). We could smell a bit some cigarettes, coming from outside probably but in general the room was clean. Good wifi. The breakfast was nice, considering the covid situation. We could pick fresh croissants, bread and other (packaged) things and eat outside. The hotel is very good if you are travelling by car.
Absolutely perfect in every way. Best accommodation we have ever stayed at in France. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Clean, comfortable and excellent location, just a few minutes drive from the centre of Arras. Highly recommend. Thank you Sylvie for the warm welcome.
This is a clean, comfortable and friendly hotel which is well-situated for an overnight stay en route through France.
We have stayed here often and will do so again.
An additional advantage is that there is a restaurant next door serving Italian food.
The hotel was exactly what we needed. A good location for us, clean, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff.
Breakfast was good; nicely presented and plenty of fresh food.
The pizza restaurant next door was good too.
Location is excellent, almost next to the metro which takes you non stop to the city center (notre dame).
Hotel is refurbished, very hip, clean and modern.
Great breakfest, enough choice.
quick check in; I was in transit from NL to Paris and the hotel was a convenient stop on the road. Just stopped, slept and left... Comfortable bed and clean enough, great value for money
the hotel is OK for an overnight, that's it. It's clean, the staff is very cordial and kind, the room has minimum (yet sufficient) amenities, free-parking and animal friendly.
A perfect place to stay on our long journey back to the UK. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stay.
Modern out of town hotel - easy to get to. Clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast. No restaurant but good pizza place next door (50m away). Secure car park.
One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Very clean and simple. Bed was comfortable and very dark and quiet at night Breakfast was great, plenty of choice
