The hotel service is quite nice and there is a big parking space attached to the hotel. The hotel is clean (not quite new, but still), you can easily find a supermarket with a couple of restaurants (just some fast food and one Mexican) nearby. Please, mind, that the hotel is quite far from the Madrid city and you need a car to get there

Staff was very welcoming, it was reassuring to know they're always available day and night. The apartment was well laid out, beds and sofa bed were very comfortable and the shower powerful. Plus... there is a bidet in the bathroom which is always a great surprise! 😀 The building is only 10 minutes walking distance to the metro station that brings to the Atocha station in less than 30 mins. Not too bad and easy enough to figure out. The shop Lidl is just at the other side of the road so, for people who stay much longer periods, it surely is very handy. The area is quiet and felt safe walking late at night.
