The check-in process was quite easy through a key box on the back of the building. We were always informed by the wonderful host about everything. The apartment is just wonderful, we arrived when it was very cold and the pellet-oven that was inside was just wonderful. Everything was super comfy and it even features a jacuzzi-type bathtub. The host was soooo friendly, she even drove us to the train station.

This is a beautiful building, with large, luxurious rooms. We loved the location, decor and friendly staff. Will absolutely stay here again next time we visit delightful Segovia!

Our room has likely the best view in hotel, just in front of acueducto. It is room or suit #118. Thanks to the person assigned this room to us 👍

The hotel is pleasant, comfortable. We traveled as three adults and stayed one night. The free parking lot is behind the hotel, where there was no more space. That's why we parked right next to it in the blue zone, which is also free overnight. The breakfast was without excesses, classic but solid.

Most rooms have a view down into Segovia, including the Roman aqueduct and the cathedral (shame about the nearby concrete silo, but hey, who's complaining.) Food interesting. Staff very professional. They cater for coach parties and functions, and have a catering school. Aiming at gastronomic market. The food in the cafeteria can be quite simple, but it's good. Extensive wine list.
This modern hotel is set in the Castillian countryside outside Segovia, providing you with a tranquil setting for your visit to this historic city.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location for exploring the beautiful Segovia, which is only a 15 minute walk away.
The young lady checking us in was so helpful and informative and went out of her way to find a map and explain the area to us.
The bar attached to the hotel had a lovely authentic atmosphere, the wine was reasonable and the tapas were amazing!
Plenty of car parking and we felt safe.
Our second accomodation booked through Booking.com on this trip and again the facilities matched or exceeded the descriptions. Helpful staff who provided good information about all the local sites, and a very clean room that was simple and comfortable. A good breakfast was provided, and there was ample, shaded parking outside the hotel. Highly recommended.
